Story reward Favonius Warbow requires critical hits. Sacrificial Bow can refresh Skill depending on its cooldown.

Test whether a broken shield or unavailable healing is your main problem, then choose which Talent to fund first. Compare bows over two rotations. Give the two Talents separate planner targets and leave Normal Attacks at their current level.
