Noblesse Oblige supports ATK-scaling allies; A Day Carved From Rising Winds serves damage. ATK%/Pyro or ATK%/CRIT. Burst then Skill.
Weapons and conditions
Moonweaver’s Dawn is available through a quest, with refinements from banners. Wolf-Fang cannot stack its passive off-field.
