Artifacts and Talents
Celestial Gift; ATK% or Recharge/ATK%/ATK%. Not every external ATK buff counts towards her buff. Prioritize Skill.
Weapons and conditions
Craftable Flowing Purity serves as an ATK stat stick without relying on its passive. Wine and Song requires a dash before Skill and benefits from refinements.

Verify which buffs count before pursuing an ATK threshold. Consult the comparator’s stats and passives; then check relevant ATK and Burst frequency in-game. Fund Skill in the planner; an expensive offensive weapon is not automatically a better resource purchase for a support.
