Two HP% two-piece sets, HP%/HP%/HP%. Prioritize level 90; her Bloom buffs do not depend on Talent levels.
Weapons and conditions
Key of Khaj-Nisut increases HP and team EM. Craftable Iron Sting offers EM when suitable HP options are unavailable.
Practical progression
Validate every team element before buying an upgrade. Compare owned swords without confusing Nilou’s personal damage with her teammates’ output. In the planner, reserve character ascensions first; do not automatically commit crowns to a buff independent of Talent levels. Budget EXP and level-up Mora separately.
