Use triple HP%. Choose Tenacity of the Millelith for ATK-scaling teammates, or two HP sets otherwise. Prioritize Skill.
Weapons and conditions
Thrilling Tales of Dragon Slayers supports an ATK-scaling on-fielder with sufficiently long rotations; craftable Prototype Amber suits other situations.
Choose the next upgrade
Identify who receives the support first. Record that swap order during your in-game trial, then consult the comparator’s stats and passives. In the planner, fund Skill materials before a Burst your rotation rarely uses. A large HP total alone does not verify whether Hydro application fits the team.
