How does Wolf’s Gravestone trigger its team buff?

Wolfish Tracker has two effects: an ATK increase for the wielder and a temporary ATK increase for the party. At refinement 1, these are 20% and 40%; at refinement 5, they are 40% and 80%. The weapon’s ATK secondary stat is separate from these passive effects.

To trigger the party buff, hit an opponent whose HP is below 30%. The buff lasts 12 seconds and can trigger only once every 30 seconds. Attacking an opponent above that HP threshold does not activate this part of the passive.

When comparing this weapon, distinguish the wielder’s bonus from the conditional party-buff window: the latter is not permanent. These percentages are ATK bonuses, not equivalent increases to final damage.
