Recommended build

Light Cone

Ninjutsu Inscription: Dazzling Evilbreaker
Best choice

Break Effect, opening Energy and Sealform Action Advance solve Rappa's damage and rotation bottlenecks together.

When to use it : Consume two enhanced-Basic actions to trigger the 50% Action Advance; the counter does not progress from individual hits.

Relics

Best choice

Break Effect and DEF ignore improve both Rappa's direct Break detonation and her native Super Break instances.

When to use it : The full Super Break DEF ignore requires 250% Break Effect in combat; the target below includes named team buffs.

Planar Ornaments

Best choice

Talia gives permanent Break Effect once the explicit 145 SPD threshold is met, regardless of enemy Weakness.

When to use it : Reach 145 SPD on Rappa's own sheet; the target does not count a temporary ally SPD buff.

Team lineup

Best choice

Fugue creates a second Break and Super Break, Ruan Mei raises Break Efficiency, and Lingsha sustains while adding AoE Toughness damage.

When to use it : Fugue's Exo-Toughness must be broken before Rappa's third enhanced hit when possible so the second Break grants Charge and Energy first.

Trace priority

  1. Basic ATK
  2. Talent
  3. Ultimate
  4. Skill

Rappa enters Sealform for three enhanced Basics, consumes Charge on the third hit and exploits repeated enemy Breaks.

How to play it

  1. 1Skill until the 140-Energy Ultimate is ready; preserve Quid Pro Quo support procs for this ramp when possible.
  2. 2Enter Sealform, then target the first two Blast hits to maximize Toughness reduction across adjacent enemies.
  3. 3Time the third enhanced hit after ordinary and Exo-Toughness Breaks have built Charge.

Sources and methodology

Editorial recommendations are written from released game data, then cross-checked against specialist calculations. They are not copied from a single tier list.

Review method

Prydwen and StarGuide were reconciled with the 4.4 skills. Rappa's third enhanced Basic converts her stored Charge into direct Break DMG, while Sea Echo converts each enhanced-Basic hit against a Broken enemy into one 60% Super Break instance. Both use Level 80, actual Toughness reduction, Weakness Break Efficiency, Break Effect, DEF, RES and Break vulnerability; CRIT stats do not multiply them. Her 3200 in-combat ATK caps Withered Leaf, and Exo-Toughness creates a second real Break that grants Charge and Energy again.

Independent E0 recommendations; Break and Super Break values depend on enemy Toughness and the listed team assumptions, never CRIT.
