Recommended build
Light Cone
Night on the Milky WayNight on the Milky Way gains ATK from enemy count and amplifies damage after Weakness Break, fitting Serval's area pressure in wave content.
When to use it : Best in multi-target or frequently broken encounters; its enemy-count ATK falls on a lone boss.
Relics
Prisoner in Deep Confinement gives ATK and lets Serval ignore DEF according to the DoTs on the target, scaling both Shock and direct hits.
When to use it : Use with a DoT team that maintains multiple damaging effects for the full DEF ignore.
Planar Ornaments
Revelry by the Sea raises ATK at its visible threshold and adds DoT damage at the higher tier, directly scaling Serval's Shock.
When to use it : Aim for 2,400 ATK first; 3,600 ATK unlocks the DoT tier only if substats allow it without losing SPD.

Review method
The build is reviewed as an area Shock enabler: practical Effect Hit Rate, Shock extension through Ultimate and ATK/SPD scaling are separated from a pure CRIT Serval variant.

E0 Shock build. Effect Hit Rate is capped around the practical Shock requirement; after that point, SPD and ATK increase the DoT loop more reliably.
