Light Cone
Rise and SingRise and Sing supplies Max HP for Robin and her songbirds, an opening action advance with temporary team SPD, and one Skill Point after each Ultimate.
When to use it : At S1, entering battle grants 30% action advance and New Melody for two wearer turns, providing 20% team SPD while active. Ultimate restores one Skill Point but does not grant or refresh New Melody.
Relics
World-Remaking Deliverer gives CRIT Rate, raises the Max HP of Robin and her memosprite, and adds team amplification from the support slot.
When to use it : Keep a songbird summoned and alternate Skill or Basic as needed so the Max-HP and team-DMG effects do not lapse between Robin's actions.
Planar Ornaments
Amphoreus, The Eternal Land adds CRIT Rate to Robin and teamwide SPD while her memosprite is present, directly supporting her 160-SPD target and action-frequency teams.
When to use it : Keep a Summer Songbird on the field so the non-stacking 8% team SPD effect remains active throughout Fever.
Team lineup
Himeko • Nova and Dan Heng • Permansor Terrae supply frequent companion actions, Mortenax Blade amplifies every hit, and Robin converts that action density into Vibes, DEF ignore, advance and Energy.
When to use it : Use Robin's Ultimate on Himeko • Nova after the companion actions have built Fever; preserve Mortenax Blade's Zone and Dan Heng's protection through the burst window.

| Option | Why choose it? | Conditions and availability |
|---|---|---|
| Guide’s reference choice | Rise and Sing supplies Max HP for Robin and her songbirds, an opening action advance with temporary team SPD, and one Skill Point after each Ultimate. | At S1, entering battle grants 30% action advance and New Melody for two wearer turns, providing 20% team SPD while active. Ultimate restores one Skill Point but does not grant or refresh New Melody. |
| Accessible option | Memory's Curtain Never Falls supplies 12% SPD and refreshes a three-turn team DMG bonus whenever Robin uses Skill, preserving the fast-support plan without her signature. | No additional condition documented in this guide. Memory's Curtain Never Falls and its superimpositions are permanently obtainable from Herta's Store without a limited Light Cone Warp. |
| Accessible option | The Story's Next Page raises Max HP, matching Robin's adaptive ATK buff without relying on its outgoing-healing effect. | Use it when Robin needs a non-Battle-Pass four-star cone whose permanent Max HP supports her scaling. A gacha four-star choice that does not require the Battle Pass. |
| Alternative | Long May Rainbows Adorn the Sky adds SPD and lets Robin's frequent Songbird attacks maintain an enemy vulnerability for the team. | Use when Summer Songbirds can attack often enough to refresh the debuff before the team's burst window. |
| Situational | To Evernight's Stars supplies Max HP for Robin while adding personal damage and memosprite DEF ignore for a more offensive Remembrance variant. | Prefer it in Remembrance teams where the memosprite's own damage and DEF ignore remain relevant. |

| Guide’s reference choice | World-Remaking Deliverer gives CRIT Rate, raises the Max HP of Robin and her memosprite, and adds team amplification from the support slot. | Keep a songbird summoned and alternate Skill or Basic as needed so the Max-HP and team-DMG effects do not lapse between Robin's actions. |
| Situational | Messenger Traversing Hackerspace provides SPD to Robin and can briefly accelerate the team after her Ultimate. | Use in SPD-scaling teams, while accounting for its one-turn team SPD buff expiring immediately in some Ultimate timings. |
| Situational | Sacerdos' Relived Ordeal offers a SPD-focused support alternative whose four-piece effect rewards repeated ally targeting. | Use when Robin can repeatedly target a carry with Skill and the team benefits from extending that carry's CRIT DMG window. |

| Guide’s reference choice | Amphoreus, The Eternal Land adds CRIT Rate to Robin and teamwide SPD while her memosprite is present, directly supporting her 160-SPD target and action-frequency teams. | Keep a Summer Songbird on the field so the non-stacking 8% team SPD effect remains active throughout Fever. |
| Situational | Sprightly Vonwacq accelerates Robin's first turn, a useful alternative when the opening summon matters more than a sustained team stat buff. | Reach 120 SPD so its opening action advance can place Robin's first Songbird and Fever setup earlier. |
| Alternative | Lushaka, the Sunken Seas combines Energy Regeneration Rate for Robin with an ATK buff for the first ally, fitting a carry-focused team. | Use when concentrating ATK on the first team slot and extra Energy for Robin improves the rotation. |

Robin • Summeretto summons Summer Songbirds, turns allied attacks and defensive actions into Vibes, then uses Fever to grant scaling DEF ignore before advancing and recharging one carry with her Ultimate.
How to play it
- 1Use Technique before combat for the opening action advance, 6 Vibes and the two-turn allied damage bonus.
- 2Cast Skill to summon the first Summer Songbird; recast only when the bird needs a full heal or the summon must be restored.
- 3Let allied attacks, healing and shielding build 6 then 12 Vibes so all three birds enter the field and trigger Fever.
- 4During Fever, target the main carry with Ultimate for a 100% action advance, 20% Max Energy restoration and the Special Guest effect.
- 5Maintain high team action frequency while Fever consumes Vibes, timing the next Skill and Ultimate before the bird cycle or carry burst loses momentum.

Review method
Character kits, equipment and conditions reviewed against released Version 4.6 data. Corrected signature to 4.6 wording: New Melody and 20% team SPD are granted on entry for two wearer turns; Ultimate restores one SP without refreshing the buff. Fever and targeted advance remain unchanged. 23063 is already the signature: +30% HP, opening advance and team SPD limited to two New Melody turns at S1, SP after every Ultimate. Actor 133 can trigger on Ultimate but the Himeko Nova core does not use Elation and Robin holds no Banger; Heretic 134 misses the birds. Elation/Hunt cones are incompatible. Kit and condition review against the 4.6 snapshot; no new damage or full-rotation simulation and no recalculated optimal ranking. This review includes no new damage simulation; historical community-analysis consultation dates are preserved. Methodological baseline from the previous dossier (review 4.5, reference calculations 4.5): Prydwen and StarGuide were read independently for Robin • Summeretto's released equipment, stat targets, rotation and teams, then reconciled with Gachabase's released 4.5 kit and the exact local snapshot. The model treats every allied attack and the first heal or shield during a target's turn as one Vibe source, deploys the additional birds at 6 and 12 Vibes, and applies Fever's released DEF-ignore formula without crediting future actions. Ultimate advances only the selected carry by 100%, restores 20% of that ally's Max Energy and marks them as Special Guest. Equipment targets stop CRIT at 100% effective and use no unreleased 4.5 relic set.
