Recommended build
Light Cone
Never Forget Her FlameNever Forget Her Flame gives 60% Break Effect, a rare Break DMG multiplier to The Dahlia and Firefly, and refunds a Skill Point when Weakness is applied.
When to use it : Have Firefly trigger combat so both Dance Partner and the cone's 32% Break DMG effect select her; reapply Weakness after Ultimate to reset the Skill Point refund.
Relics
Iron Cavalry Against the Scourge supplies Break Effect and lets The Dahlia's own Break and Super Break ignore DEF at their stated thresholds.
When to use it : Reach at least 250% Break Effect in combat with signature and Forge active so both DEF-ignore tiers apply to The Dahlia's Super Break.
Planar Ornaments
Forge of the Kalpagni Lantern gives 6% SPD and 40% in-combat Break Effect against Fire-weak targets, which The Dahlia can create herself.
When to use it : Use Ultimate to implant Fire Weakness before The Dahlia attacks so Forge's 40% Break Effect stays available on targets without natural Fire Weakness.
Team lineup
Firefly gains off-break Super Break, 50% Break Efficiency, Fire Weakness Energy and SPD; Fugue enables repeated breaks, while Lingsha sustains and continuously refreshes Yet Another Funeral.
When to use it : Firefly must trigger combat as Dance Partner; use Fugue's exo-Toughness before break sequences and let Lingsha heal The Dahlia at least once every three turns to refresh Break Effect sharing.
Trace priority
- Talent
- Ultimate
- Skill
- Basic ATK
The Dahlia keeps a three-turn Zone that grants 50% Weakness Break Efficiency and converts Toughness Reduction into Super Break even outside Weakness Break, while one Dance Partner drives her follow-up loop.
How to play it
- 1Trigger combat with Firefly after using Technique so Firefly becomes the second Dance Partner and the three-turn Zone starts without spending a Skill Point.
- 2Use two Basic ATKs, then refresh Skill before the Zone expires; its off-break Super Break conversion must never lapse during Firefly's enhanced sequence.
- 3Cast the 130-Energy Ultimate to apply four-turn Wilt, DEF reduction and both Dance Partner Weaknesses; each Fire Weakness implant also feeds Firefly's Energy through The Dahlia's Trace.
Sources and methodology
Editorial recommendations are written from released game data, then cross-checked against specialist calculations. They are not copied from a single tier list.
Review method
Prydwen and Icy Veins were read independently, then checked against released local 4.4 data. At Skill level 10, the three-turn Zone gives 50% Weakness Break Efficiency and converts Toughness Reduction into Super Break even while enemies are not Weakness Broken. At Talent level 10, a Dance Partner gets a 60% Super Break instance after attacking a broken target; the partner's attacks also trigger The Dahlia's five-hit follow-up once per turn, whose hits convert Toughness at 200%. Yet Another Funeral shares 24% of The Dahlia's current Break Effect plus 50 and is refreshed for three turns by allied healing or shielding. The 160 SPD target excludes the temporary 30% Trace, and Break Effect has no claimed cap. The immutable public compare starts at 4.0, so no 3.8-to-4.0 balance history is inferred; exact 4.4 data and official notes establish the released values.

Independent E0 recommendations. SPD is a sheet target excluding the temporary 30% Trace; Break Effect states sheet and in-combat values separately, and CRIT is intentionally not built.
