Light Cone

Why Does the Ocean Sing
Best choice

Why Does the Ocean Sing provides Effect Hit Rate, amplifies debuffed enemies' damage taken and accelerates attackers for more DoT triggers.

When to use it : Apply six Hysilens debuffs to each priority target to maximize its Enthrallment stacks, then attack affected targets for the attacker SPD effect.

Relics

Best choice

Prisoner in Deep Confinement is the direct DoT set, converting the team's many simultaneous effects into DEF ignore.

When to use it : Maintain at least three DoTs through Hysilens, Kafka and Black Swan to maximize the set's DEF ignore.

Planar Ornaments

Best choice

Revelry by the Sea supplies ATK and converts a 3,600 in-combat ATK target into 24% additional DoT DMG.

When to use it : Reach 3,600 ATK in combat for Revelry's full 24% DoT bonus while preserving 120% Effect Hit Rate for Hysilens' Trace ceiling.

Team lineup

Best choice

Kafka repeatedly detonates the DoTs supplied by Hysilens and Black Swan, while Huohuo sustains and restores Energy for all three Ultimates.

When to use it : Establish Hysilens' zone and Black Swan's Arcana before Kafka detonates; preserve Huohuo Ultimate for team Energy and the next zone cycle.

Trace priority

  1. Talent
  2. Ultimate
  3. Skill
  4. Basic ATK

Hysilens applies Wind Shear, Bleed, Burn or Shock, then her Ultimate zone lowers enemy ATK/DEF and adds Physical DoT whenever existing DoTs trigger.

How to play it

  1. 1Use Skill to establish debuffs and the four possible DoT types before the team's detonation sequence.
  2. 2Cast Ultimate to open the zone, reduce enemy ATK/DEF and enable its Physical DoT rider.
  3. 3Use Kafka and Black Swan attacks to trigger DoTs; the zone rider can occur up to 8 times per enemy-turn or ally-attack event and cannot recursively trigger itself.

Sources and methodology

Editorial recommendations are written from released game data, then cross-checked against specialist calculations. They are not copied from a single tier list.

Review method

Prydwen and Icy Veins were read independently, then checked against released local 4.4 data. The model distinguishes Hysilens' random Wind Shear, Bleed, Burn and Shock from her Ultimate zone's Physical DoT. Each eligible enemy-turn or ally-attack event allows the zone rider up to eight times, never recursively. The Ultimate Trace's 150% existing-DoT detonation is separate. S1's 40% Effect Hit Rate is included in the 120% cap and no external EHR is assumed.

Independent E0 recommendations. The 120% Effect Hit Rate target includes S1's 40%, stops at the Trace ceiling and excludes external debuff support.
